Cancer & Wellness Service
The Cancer and Wellness Service provides specialist care for people diagnosed with cancer and our team of Specialist Cancer Nurses provide support and information.
Childbirth Education
Childbirth education and parenting classes are held throughout the year by our experienced midwives. These classes give you the chance to look around our facilities, meet some of our staff and meet other people who are going through pregnancy and parenthood.
Complex Care Service
The Complex Care Service encourages you and your care coordinators to work together to develop goals and establish plans for your ongoing care.

Most of our community and outpatient services are located in the Community Care Centre on Clark Street.
Continence Clinic

Our Lactation Clinic is a free day-stay service for mothers and their babies (birth to 12 months) who require assistance with breastfeeding.

Midwifery Group Practice (MPG)
The Midwifery Group Practice (MGP) is run by a team of midwives offering individualised care to those with low to medium risk pregnancies.

Our dietitians can help people of all ages with food and nutrition‑related health conditions.
Occupational Therapy
Helping people of all ages after an injury, illness or surgery to improve their independence and take part in the activities of everyday life.
Oncology
Our Oncology day unit provides chemotherapy and other supportive treatments for people with cancer or other chronic illnesses.
Paediatrics
At Northeast Health, we look after your young and adolescent children (aged 0 to 18) and help with their medical, surgical and mental health needs.
Palliative Care
We can help you make informed choices about your treatment and care options, and provide additional services to support your needs when an illness cannot be cured.
Spiritual Care
Our spiritual care team provides emotional and spiritual support to residents, patients, families, staff and volunteers.
