The Operational Director will have operational and professional responsibility for the effective delivery of clinical services across NHW. This role will provide leadership for staff working within the relevant clinical areas. This position is an integral part of the NHW Leadership Team and will work in partnership with the Clinical Executive to achieve the NHW strategic and operational goals.

This is an exciting career opportunity for a senior nurse to further their career progression and hone their leadership skills under the support and guidance of a dynamic Executive Team. The position will report to the Executive Director of Clinical Services Nursing and Midwifery.
