Overview: 

The Clinical Consultant is an integral member of the Nursing & Midwifery leadership team who is accountable for the implementation of the Working Together pilot across NHW, clinical wards and departments.

Working under the direction of the Director of Clinical Services – Nursing & Midwifery and in close liaison with the Nursing & Midwifery Executive, the Clinical Consultant will manage all aspects of the project management, change management, content development, implementation, education, evaluation and consolidation processes associated with the implementation of the Working Together pilot. This includes establishing, maintaining and optimizing working relationships with the Department of Health & Human Services as project funder, Western Health as the project lead and Deakin University as the evaluator.
