Hume Oral Health Plan 2018 – 2024

The Hume (Ovens Murray and Goulburn) Oral Health Strategic Plan 2018-2024 was launched recently at the Dental Health Services Victoria (DHSV) & Hume/Loddon Regional Forum in Bendigo.

Lead by project officer, Kayla Savory from Northeast Health and developed over the past 2 years in consultation with The Hume (Ovens Murray and Goulburn) Oral Health Partnership. A collaborative network of public oral health services, government agencies and tertiary institutions;

The Hume Oral Health Partnership work together to determine community needs and review key policies to develop the latest strategic plan which will establish common agendas and goals to improve oral health care in our communities across the Hume (Ovens Murray and Goulburn) region.

The achievement of these goals will be through priorities in four key focus areas: Person-Centred Care, A Dynamic Workforce, Access to Services and A Commitment to Quality, Safety and Innovation.
